History: Created in 2860 by the UN and established in Japan by the albeit reluctant former Japanese government after the mysterious Galeon was found, data within its systems telling of the great, impending extraterrestrial threat that was the Zonder. Their formation was kept secret and secure on the surface of Earth in order to avoid scrutiny by the League and any other parties that would aim to hamper the development of the various powerful technologies and weapons that would be necessary to defend against the looming enemy. After creating a sufficient force of "Brave Robots", GGG was successful in defeating the forces of the Zonder, but the final push to destroy the entity known as EI-01 resulted in the destruction of every machine that was fielded for the battle. With their forces all undergoing recovery and repairs and the secret of the organization's existence coming out after the climactic fight, GGG could do nothing as Britannia conquered Japan.

With mounting pressure on all fronts, the UN was inevitably forced to dissolve the organization despite their best efforts to rebuild and reestablish; the many personnel and administrators were transfered to various other UN projects and squads where their expertise would not go to waste. Almost 10 years after the closure, The UN now quietly rebuilds the Guard as the League focuses on other matters and sentiment against Super Robots dwindles, the new threat of the Jovians and the mysterious actions of the Macross Galaxy causing great concern for the former United Nations Government.

Look and feel: GGG's overall feel can only be described as "futuristically old fashioned". While much of their technology is far beyond contemporary even to this day, it's all fashioned after and based upon mars era design sensibilities. There's no mistaking the myriad bright colors, "unique" array of weapons, and an emphasis on raw firepower.

Other Information: GGG is able to sortie into a variety of fields both near and far thanks to their versatile fleet of multi-surface crafts such as the triple-decked flying carrier. However, the variable nature of GGG's forces requires substantial logistics and manpower; being short staffed could cause anything from a loss of clearance for equipment to not being able to decouple GaoGaiGar's constituents.

Biography:

Biography:
Izek was born to a long family line in the area surrounding Macross City in Jiangsu. Like many Zentran in China, Izek spent most of his time keeping his mind and body sharp by practicing martial arts when he wasn't working the field. When the UN formed a GGG base in Nanjing, Izek, who was well known in the area for his ability, was brought in to train recruits and was eventually used for the base of a pair of GGG's Super AIs.

Biography:
A CHORUS Coordinator with a special focus on cognitive speed and learning, Alice went AWOL from the OPERAs almost as soon as she was enlisted after surmising that her abilities would be wasted on managerial duties and testing. By chance she managed to come across the unfinished GGG orbit base and began living in it, its habitation facilities having been finished before funding was lost. Alice managed to use her technological prowess to infiltrate the bases systems and now operates a position at the bay tower base remotely.

Biography:
Heir to a miniscule if tenured house, Aeron is a rare breed of Britannian noble born with at least a single bone for kindness and compassion in his body. As such, his young heart went out to the Japanese as Britannia swiftly conquered it; this sentiment is shared somewhat by his father who was influential in the planning of the invasion and at least ensured that the would-be 11s wouldn't have long to struggle for their sake. Aeron himself would wonder in the back of his mind on if he could ever do something about the situation when he eventually learned of GGG and its fight to save humanity. Managing to not only run away from home but also to contact a UN agent, Aeron was able to convince the UN of his conviction and was appointed the minimalist but key role of chief of the new GGG.
