Biography:
A commoner by birth Gottfried’s youth was spent in the streets of the imperial capital of Heimdallr, his gaze aimed at the imperial army as dreams built in his head. As such he set his mind on training. Over the course of a dozen years, from his childhood until he was admitted into the royal military academy he would hone his body and his abilities to be the best version of himself he could be.
All for his dream, of one day being a knight in shining armor for the country he was born in. The country he loved. A dream, shattered upon contact with the outside world, as while the capitol had its influence with both the common folk and the nobility the reaches beyond it were filled with the disparity between the classes. Despite performing better in the academy than several of his noble peers he was seen as lesser.
Sure when it came to combat he matched them all, be it inside or outside of a Panzer Soldat but academics… Gottfried had never had formal education that matched what the nobility had and as the nobility had him beat on that front. At the end of the day he was ‘just some bumpkin who could swing a sword’ to them. A weapon, not an officer. When he enlisted in the army at age 19 this once more proved true, he grew disgusted. His abilities, his pride were besmirched by people for whom he was more than a match.
That's when fortune came his way but a few short months after he joined the military, an offer of a trial was given to him albeit not by a superior officer but an outside element. A way to show he was more than what they made him out to be. He accepted, and succeeded coming out of the other end stronger and with a new ally. He had in a way become that knight in shining armor he had hoped to be, just not how he imagined it. Now he could set his mind to righting the wrongs he had to endure so that no others would have to.
According to official military records, Gottfried Adenauer died in an accident that day.
