Biography:
A Special Forces operative working under the LCC, the "Large Scale Enterprises of the Central Committee". The Committee is the formal Government overseeing the Colonies, and has existed as an entity since the first Corporations began to emerge on Mars, promising the people that it would be a stern, arresting hand on their activities. Of course, in its current capacity, the LCC is regarded as an empty suit, an ineffectual and weak bureaucracy that, in truth, exists only to rubber-stamp the League's actions and add a veneer of governmental legitimacy to their deeds.
But, this wasn't always the case. There was a time when the LCC's name was feared and respected on Mars, and it was their wielding of power that unexpectedly gave rise to a chapter of history that threatened humanity's survival: the "Frighteners Crisis". The actions of a certain rebel and his entourage were consequently then used to crush the LCC's power, ensuring the Corporations would never be challenged again for supreme power...
However, this past year, some unexpected parliamentary maneuvering by Chancellor Harcrowe saw the silent repeal of the act forbidding the LCC to have its own military arm. With some help from the Corporations, the legendary Special Forces unit was reformed away from prying eyes, to fulfill a certain role within their plans to bring the surface of the blue planet under their domain.
The Frighteners have returned.
To ensure their cooperation, Rowena, the younger of the two Koenig siblings, was drafted by the League to spearhead the project. An AC pilot who steadfastly refused to undergo the surgical procedure to become a Lynx despite widespread acclaim, Rowena had been effectively "blacklisted" by the League until now. Acting as both hostage and collaborator, she wearily leads the reborn Special Forces unit into whatever teeth its taskmasters have deigned worthwhile dying in-

Mobile Weapon: Nilokleras
A Kataphrakt developed by the League in secret, based on the Disorder Units of Mars. It utilizes a unique body-wide barrier that absorbs all matter, including light and radiation, which absorbs anything it touches, ignoring conventional armor. However, because it maximizes its defense capabilities to the detriment of all else, it is ponderous on the move and has some unique design flaws that (while difficult to pinpoint) can be exploited to bring a halt to the unstoppable force.
Addendum: When conducting official LCC business, Rowena uses an LCC-developed Vic Viper.

Strengths: Rowena is a pragmatic, almost opportunistic fighter who prefers to strike with the element of surprise. Whether it's using the environment to his advantage, diversionary tactics, or otherwise utilizing some unforced error, she's adept at closing in and maximizing even the smallest opportunity. Swift on her feet and precise, her intricate knowledge of various different types of machinery both inside and out of the League makes her an excellent strategist able to formulate effective approaches against a variety of different foes.
Weaknesses: Sometimes, not everything is as it seems. Rowena can be baited into striking early through a feint, or otherwise outflanked by a foe that is prepared for her arrival. She doesn't prefer to fight out in the open, and a foe that fights with confidence and little in the way of expendable blind spots can quickly have her beating a swift retreat.
