Biography: While always a staunch warrior of the Beastmen Nation, Purin was not always the "skilled" swordsman she is now. Years ago, the younger and more impressionable Purin found herself in a fierce duel with a mysterious human wielding a katana. While clearly out of the prime of his life, the human nonetheless defeated Purin handily. Since then, she has dedicated her life at getting back at the man for her loss.
The former feline fist-fighter took up the sword to beat the human at his own game. Her progress in training was admittedly remarkable for one who lives nowhere near any form of sword school, but the problem came in tracking down her rival for the rematch. To remedy this, Purin set about "advertising": Taking on the name "Hachimoji" which was what she assumed was the name of the human's technique that defeated her, and equipping her Gunman with a helmet and crest like that of the swordsman.
Since then, Purin has succeeded in drumming up quite the reputation- at least among the beastmen. While her constant spouting of the "name of Hachimoji" and occasional excursions to human lands, the aspiring swordsman has yet to cross paths with her old enemy.
