Biography:
Current leader of the Garland Dominion, a strict individual who holds the values of the prior ruler strongly at heart. She seeks the unification of the Jovian Sphere under one banner. She was born at the end of the Insurrection war and experienced firsthand the efforts mankind went through to recover and rebuild from the horrors of war. Her parents suffered trauma from the war and she saw what the horrors of war could do to a person. She honestly sees war as a bad thing, but at the same time is not hesitant to wage war if diplomacy doesn’t work.
As a result of her parents’ trauma, her childhood was rather toxic and she fled home when she managed to enroll in the Garland Military Academy and became a mobile suit pilot for ten years, becoming proficient in the piloting of them. Eventually her distaste for war got the better of her and she searched for a method to better achieve her goals. She eventually met with the previous ruler of the Dominion, Tsar Segrio Regius, whose charisma infatuated her. From then on she tossed in her pilot suit and entered the world of politics, eventually becoming the aide to Sergrio Regius. During her time as his aide, she came to know his dogma, and was fully in agreement to it, seeing it as the right and proper path to a prosperous future for mankind. After his passing, she took up his mantle and became the new leader of the Dominion.

Biography:
The Strategic and Tactical Commander of the Garland Dominion’s entire armed forces. A coordinator born for the sole purpose of thinking tactfully and strategically, Lauxio was more or less groomed to be in the position that he is in now. He is a man who approaches every situation calmly and logically, but won’t hesitate to resort to any means necessary to accomplish his goals. He was rumored to be undefeated at simulated war games during his time in the military academy, and even managed to defeat the current (at the time) Commander several times.
Following the downsizing of the military during the postwar era, much of the military power shifted from the Czar to the Commander of the military, in order to allow the Czar to focus more on social reforms and rebuilding the nation’s infrastructure. While he sees the advantage of hiring MS Hunters as ‘paramilitary’ forces, overall he is against their employment, as their loyalty is never guaranteed, and are often quite unpredictable.
