Requestor: Old River City Battling Arena
Venue: SIGNS
Reward: Mobile Fighter, Scopedog Turbo Custom ISS

Here's the deal.

One of our competitors is hosting a pay-per view event for their Gundam Fight promotion. Big money, pal - a little too big for this part of the galaxy. Makes the rest of us look... cheap, know what I'm saying?

Battling's the common man's entertainment, real blue collar material - sure you might get the odd fatality in the cheap seats, but the customers know what they're signing up for. These Gundam Fights are muscling in on our turf, and that takes money outta me and my boys pockets, food outta our kids' mouths. We sent a message to that schmuck Joey Carlton by roughing up California Candace, but it seems he ain't got much a sense of self preservation, so unfortunately some further... persuasion... is necessary.

We want you to crash the women's championship title match on live television.

Some experience with a Mobile Fighter is obviously preferred here, but we're not picky - disrupting the match alone is enough, but to really get our point across, we want you to trash the place and humiliate his champion. We've managed to acquire some Mobile Fighters of our own on the sly, so we're able to provide one if necessary. We'd prefer no questions be asked about where it came from, in the interest of avoiding any unnecessary distractions.

Of course, discretion is preferred. To sweeten the deal, we're also willing to part with a valuable specimen from the Arena's collection: An ISS Turbo Custom Scopedog. You won't see another one of these, because they were all destroyed on Mirage's orders... well, except this one. Fell off the back of the truck, you could say.

Supposedly, these were used for covert operations on Mars during the Frightener Rebellion, and the Mission Disc is still intact and untouched. Might have something useful, for anyone interested in getting a little leverage over the League and its cronies.

You didn't hear that from me, naturally.

...

This isn't about money, really.

It's about standing up for the little guy.

It just so happens that sometimes? The little guy has to break a few shins to make sure he gets heard.

That's how Tom Torrio does business.
