Organization: Ganymede's Reaper
Type: Vulture
Established: 0025 A.I.
Base of Operations: Ganymede
Other Details: Currently without a Base or Ship

History: After fully weaponizing the GM Sniper II, Marcus Strait labeled himself and the suit as an independent Vulture Organization, the Ganymede's Reapers, using the old callsign of his platoon from the War. Rachel joined as well, bringing the total number of members in the Ganymede's Reapers to a total of 2.

Before any of the other rogue Vulture Organizations on Ganymede could test the Ganymede's Reapers in combat, the AWC extended an olive branch; a contract that would pull the duo into their ranks and a paycheck that would be adjusted according to their contributions to the larger company. The duo couldn't turn down the opportunity for financial backing, and quickly fell into the ranks of the AWC as an independent Mercenary. He took the call-sign 'Sniper II' while he worked alongside the Red Blades of the AWC.

Name: Marcus Straits
Age: 49
Gender: Male
Height: 6’
Weight: 190lb
Eye Color: Brown
Hair Color: Gray
Appearance: Marcus Straits
Classification: Oldtype

Biography: Marcus was born into the war, and grew up listening to the radio feeds and televised scenes of heroic feats on the battlefield. A patriotic boy, he enlisted with the permission of his parents at a young age. His goal had been to be a mechanic, and work hand-in-hand with the brave pilots of the Mobile Suits that went to the front-lines. He scored extremely well in the simulators and was given a ‘forced’ promotion to pilot, before being transferred to Ganymede. There, surrounded by the horrors of war and carnage, the young man became one of his ‘radio feed’ heroes.

His platoon was understrength and under-equipped for holding off the enemy raids and assaults, so they turned to alternative means of holding off their enemies. No trap was too underhanded, and no means was too dubious. Permission from higher headquarters was always granted; after all, there would be no one but ‘heroes’ to punish in the event the platoon was overrun and destroyed. At the end of the war, 7 years later, the man was given a large stipend, a fistful of medals, and told to go live out his life somewhere else. No records of their actions were kept outside of the number of kills, and even their platoon name was hidden from the books.

Retiring to a small town in Ganymede, the veteran saw to the reconstruction efforts and tried to overcome the horror and pain nestled in his mind. The nightmares and fears that came from being ‘outside’ his Mobile Suit could only be mitigated through alcohol and smoking, and it got to the point that he was all but indisposed. That was until a group of villagers drug in an old GM Sniper suit, found abandoned in the jungle-scape. The veteran turned his efforts towards rebuilding and refurbishing the Mobile Suit, with the help of a young child of the village. His nightmares abated as long as he sat in that cockpit, surrounded by the familiarity of metal and oil. His sanctuary, for lack of a better term. He finally finished building the Mobile Suit enough for it to gain the notice of the factions within Ganymede. When approached by Albrecht Ways Company, Marcus accepted their business proposal and brought along the child, now a young woman with a knack for mechanics. He operates as an independent agent of the AWC, on their payroll and backed with their funding.

Mobile Weapon: RGM-79SP GM Sniper II

Combat Style: Guerilla Warfare
Strengths: Experience, knowledge of tactics, and an instinctual grasp of his surroundings
Weaknesses: After decades spent smoking and drinking to drive away the nightmares, Marcus is far from the Ace that terrorized the jungles of Ganymede.

Name: Rachel Middens
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 160lb
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Ginger
Appearance: Rachel Middens

Classification: Oldtype

Biography: Rachel’s focus had always been on the sky, and what lay beyond. As a young girl, she pestered her family about what lay beyond the stars, and the world at large. Most brushed off the young girl, expecting her to settle down once she got older. Instead, she turned towards one of the oldest members of their community, a rumored ‘combatant’ from the War that had ravaged their world years before.

She would listen to his stories, told over a glass of juice for the girl while he himself drank the distilled liquor of the natives. He tried to find the happier stories to tell, the ones of heroism, brotherhood, and overcoming the odds. But at times, he would slip into his dark moods, and tell her of the horrors of war and the pain they brought. She would listen to his every word, offering words of encouragement when necessary.

When the old man started working on the giant mobile suit, the girl offered him an extra set of hands to aid with its reconstruction. She found a new goal, helping to rebuild this giant statue and breath life into it once more. With every step forward, the elation and joy she found eclipsed the hobbies and such she had before. Turning her studies towards mechanics, and even more towards the design and eccentricities of Mobile Suits, the girl found her new passion in the maintenance and construction of Mobile Suits. Graduating from school, the girl made it back in time to hear that the old man was creating his own Vulture Team, stationed in Ganymede. She demanded he bring her along, in order to ‘preserve’ the suit they had spent so long working on. He couldn’t turn down the young woman, and she was brought along to work for the Ganymede's Reapers.
