Strengths: Literally bred for combat using Lanstar of the Wind, Tamar uses the Hakkeshu much like an extension of her own body. It's high level of mobility and range, combined with an ammo-less set of ranged attacks allow her to keep nearly any enemy in stand-off range, tearing them apart with savagely powerful winds.
Weaknesses: While fully capable of melee combat, it is neither her nor her unit's primary strength, and her attacks other than the Blade Wind generally require some space to engage, meaning her normal area-denial attacks are useless if an enemy can close the distance and keep her there. She is also quite haughty, and is likely to underestimate non-Hakkeshu units, especially smaller ones, at least initially.
