I was born to crush lesser humans beneath my feet, and to take my rightful place as one of the destined rulers of this world. Many people have thought these thoughts before, but unlike me, they weren't perfect. I am.
I shall spread my wings, and all shall bow before me, or I will scour them to their very bones. Morality has no place. I know my doom, my fate, my destiny. Strengths: Literally bred for combat using Lanstar of the Wind, Tamar uses the Hakkeshu much like an extension of her own body. It's high level of mobility and range, combined with an ammo-less set of ranged attacks allow her to keep nearly any enemy in stand-off range, tearing them apart with savagely powerful winds.
Weaknesses: While fully capable of melee combat, it is neither her nor her unit's primary strength, and her attacks other than the Blade Wind generally require some space to engage, meaning her normal area-denial attacks are useless if an enemy can close the distance and keep her there. She is also quite haughty, and is likely to underestimate non-Hakkeshu units, especially smaller ones, at least initially.

While functionally unkillable by conventional means, there are exotic effects that can kill or seal him permanently, and he is aware of this and will rapidly flee the battlefield if he suspects he may be targeted by such an effect.
