Capital: Vascilia County, Mars (Formerly)
Government: Populist, bordering on Anarchist
Notable Territories: L3
Population: Unknown
Goals: Freeing former Martian citizens from the grip of The League.
Faction Colors: None specified.
History:

The troubled history of BAHRAM can be traced back to the days of the Pax Economica. As mankind moved onto Mars, many became increasingly alarmed as despite the record prosperity, civil rights were being surrendered at the feet of unaccountable mega corporations. After a series of mass-casualty "accidents" believed to have been coverups of the increasingly volatile feud between GA Armaments and Interior, to which the puppet Martian Government had no response to, armed militias began to form for the purpose of keeping the peace, and standing up to the overreach of the corporations.

Initially armed with LEVs, those that opposed the Corporations were no match for the hired guns - Ravens - employed by their foes, and suffered loss after staggering loss until the arrival of the BETA put the plans for revolution on temporary hold. BAHRAM pinned its hopes on a developing technology involving a highly unique and valuable asset attained from their contacts in the Jovian moons: Metatron, and were rewarded with the construction of the Idolo, the first of what would become known as Orbital Frames.

Idolo joined the final, doomed assault on the Mars BETA Hive, and while its performance was everything its backers had hoped for and more, the cataclysmic finale served as a glowing exclamation point. Now, with no planet left to fight for, BAHRAM appeared to fade into the background, officially being declared as wiped out by the corporate-owned media.

But it was not the end.

For some, the glow of Idolo's frame that day had been a harbinger of dread things to come. But for BAHRAM?

It was the shining light of purpose.

Since arriving in Earth orbit, BAHRAM has extended its roots deep into the Colonies, finding many sympathizers eager to rebel against those seen as having destroyed their home. What it lacks in manpower it makes up for with scores of unmanned Orbital Frames, technology that even the Corporations have difficulty reproducing due to a lack of steady Metatron supply. Continuing to grow in strength, it is only a matter of time before it once again surfaces in the public eye...

And the voice of Metatron will ring across the cosmos.

BAHRAM: Look and Feel

While at present members of BAHRAM tend to keep a low profile, their pilot suits are immediately recognizable as being directly derived from older Martian designs. Make no mistake however: They are on the cutting edge of design, and often custom made for interfacing with the Metatron-laced Orbital Frames their representatives pilot.

Persons of Interest:

[REDACTED]

BAHRAM's current leadership have their identities closely guarded, and at this time only speculation can be made about who is really pulling the strings.

Mobile Weapons:

Bahram employs primarily Orbital Frames, which customarily stand a little over twenty meters tall, but can tower over 50 meters or more depending on use. In addition, they also have a variety of Metatron-enhanced LEVs at their disposal, which while superficially similar, are a cut above their peers in terms of performance, and are mostly used for infiltration missions.

Raptor:

BAHRAM's premiere mass-produced Orbital Frame. Despite its skeletal appearance, each Raptor lives up to its namesake by being highly intelligent, maneuverable, and brandishing a variety of Metatron-powered weapons capable of overwhelming most LEVs. They are deployed in bulk as cheap "fire and forget" AI-controlled weapons, (although manned variants do exist) and they can equip several optional packs to be configured into specialized variants, such as the close combat Cyclops or ranged-support Mummyhead.

Alterneith:

A simplified copy of one of BAHRAM's earlier Orbital Frames, Neith. While it can be deployed unmanned, due to being more resource intensive, it is more often used by lower ranking commanders when the need arises to fight on the front lines. Alterneiths are well rounded, capable of burst shots and burst slashes capable of cutting through even the toughest defense, and boast the trademark Orbital Frame top class mobility.

League Report on BAHRAM Leadership:

[Declassified File]

[Loading File on Hellas Soder]

Name: Hellas Soder
Age: 50
Gender: Male
Height: 5’9 feet
Weight: 171 lbs
Eye Color: Red
Hair Color: Viking Blue (Blue Green)
Ethnicity: Martian
Appearance:
6C8BF453-FDE1-43CC-8AD1-38D8D982C2E8.jpeg
Biography: Born in the first days of the BETA attacks, Hellas grew up around the war as the son of an influential man who held much sway among the companies that ruled Mars. The man was the heir of the Nereidum Universal Technology (NUT) company, which specialized in the production of LEVs for both working and combat roles.

While his family held influence, they were not very well off especially with the war effort and thus Hellas had to learn how to do things himself at a young age, developing and maturing his mind as well as intelligence at a faster rate than other children. By the age of 16, he was already working as an engineering consultant for BAHRAM’s new superweapon, Idolo.

He managed to become very friendly with many working on the project, his charisma earning him true respect from those around him and even in other parts of the faction. It was this time with the people of BAHRAM that made him see the plights of the common people. He saw how many of them were simply treated as tools by the powerful who merely sit on their thrones. Not even BAHRAM leadership was free from such a curse. This could not be suffered to continue any longer, and so during Alternative V’s final attack he plotted with his new friends in BAHRAM to cut the head off the snake that was BAHRAM leadership.

After a time, he was made the de facto leader of the faction and set out to begin the reconstruction of Mars using his resources in BAHRAM and NUT. Unfortunately for him, the League had other ideas and swiftly packed their bags for greener pastures. Soon they were forced to follow along, abandoning the home they swore to rebuild. Furious at the League for their nonexistent attempts to recolonize Mars, Hellas began to take BAHRAM into a new and more radical direction.

BAHRAM was no longer a militia, a protector of people, now it was the juggernaut that would destroy those who would abandon and use the people of Mars and the colonies.

P.S. Last part is a load of crap. All they do is terrorize innocents.

Hair Color: White
Ethnicity: Martian
Appearance:

Biography:
Mons was born a few years before the BETA attacks, and grew up around people who sought to fight for causes bigger than themselves, always thinking of the bigger picture. With that in mind, Mons strove to become a scientist who would help in the field of medical and technological science, hoping to bridge the gap between man and machine to fight back against the BETA. Soon his talents were recognized and he became a young prodigy among his peers.

He eventually came to work on the Idolo, the first Orbital Frame. In that time, he managed to become good friends with Hellas and when BAHRAM was in need of new leadership, Mons became Hellas’ second-in-command. From there he began to produce new Orbital Frames at a rapid pace, creating not only the basis for all mass-produced Orbital Frames, the Raptors, but also created the larger and more towering Orbital Frames such as the Tempest. Out of all his works however, his piece de resistance was Inhert, his personal unit.

Aside from all this, Mons serves as BAHRAM’s representative in most diplomatic matters, especially with the Jovian Lizards and CHORUS. Mons is cold and calculating, and willing to do anything for greater causes.

Mobile Weapon:
