Biography:
Once merely a wounded orphan of the war against the Beta on Mars, Shin was given not only a second chance by the Gutsy Geoid Guard's offer of a new, cybernetic body but a chance to become a hero of humanity. He gladly accepted, wanting to fight for the future like his late father, a soldier in one of the many super robots at that time. While only having a short few years to acclimate to his robotic body and using the many systems created by the Guard, Shin took eagerly took it all in stride. Even against the fearsome Zonder, Shin stood strong until the bitter end until the climactic battle against EI-01 critically damaged his body.
Shin was able to be recovered but had to be put into a special stasis machine created by the young savant of the Guard, Angela White. The machine sat secretly in the hidden underwater base of the Guard for 10 years until it eventually malfunctioned and released Shin. He was alone, no friends or teammates to welcome him or congratulate him, only the familiar walls of the base. Undeterred, Shin set out to fend for himself in the new Japan, now known only as Area 11. Eager to resume his duties, he took to the streets and used his cyborg body to patrol and mete out justice as an unknown vigilante until the present day knowing that one day the world would surely need the Gutsy Geoid Guard and the power of GaoGaiGar.
