Biography: The eldest child of Myeong-Suk and Trenton Traugott Silverton. As her mother was an Adapter, and her father a relic research scientist, much of her early life was spent in and around S.O.N.G. headquarters and the nearby Lydian Private Musical Academy. Despite her pedigree her parents resisted enrolling her as a Candidate, instead trying to give her and her sister as normal a life as possible under the watchful eye of the organization.
However, Min-Seo was ever a curious girl, and would sneak peeks at the relics her father was researching whenever she could. Dr. Silverton did his best to keep his materials secure, only occasionally indulging the girl with the odd photo of a particularly fanciful bauble or trinket. Even though most relics he handled were in inner or dormant states, one could never be too careful with mythological objects and their curses.
When she was ten years old, an impatient Min-Seo barged into her father's lab on Halloween to beg to go Trick or Treating. At the time, he was studying the Mirror of Tezcatlipoca, and she came to stare at it while he was getting ready to go. In the process, she was knocked unconscious for half an hour, and bestowed a traumatizing vision. When she awoke she was inconsolable, and suffered night terrors for years thereafter. To this day, she refuses to relate what she saw to any other living soul.
After that incident, her personality began to change. She became more quiet and introverted, pouring what remained of her youthful energy into her studies. Her interest in relics began to wane, only to be replaced by an intense curiosity about wielding and the layers of reality. She remained polite and even a bit upbeat around family and longtime friends, yet most of them felt as if something about her had gone cold. Something that only got colder over the years, as she began to decorate her body with tattoos, piercings, and dyes.
At 16, she pressured her parents into enrolling her as a Candidate, and after three years of training, has become a novice Adapter. Her traumas and obsessions yet color her psyche, turning the blade into a reaper's shroud: Igalima, the Imprisoning Scythe.
Mobile Weapon: SG-i02 Igalima
Affiliation: S.O.N.G.
Combat Style: Mischief
Combat Theme: Line of Fire
Strengths: Between her imagination and her high-functioning analytical mind, Min-Seo is able to come up with all sorts of playful ideas on the fly, even if they fail or aren't viable to begin with. Thankfully her heritage has provided her with many of the tools necessary to at least attempt implementation of her wild notions. In combat, this means she often hides or flees, only to fling something from the top of her mind at her opponent, and come at them anew. Much of her combat style revolves around illusion, analysis, and sabotage to confuse or disarm her target, letting her have her way through deceit rather than brute force. When all else fails, she falls back on what brawn she does have to drag herself out of whatever catastrophe she caused for herself.
Weaknesses: At her deepest core she rejects the world, holding little sacred, and seeking to remake it. The world simply doesn't work the way she wants or expects it to. She isn't nearly as invulnerable as she'd like to believe, nor are her skills that superior to her foes, if at all. All too often her arrogance, naivete, and inexperience trip her up, while her brashness and contrarianism spur her on from one misadventure to another.
