Description: MizuRyu uses the beta female Vehicle Machine body type (pictured below). She is primarily light blue with yellow highlights. Her helmet has its antenna on the left side, and a spheroid crest with a wave insignia on her forehead. Her large silver water tank is slung over her back vertically. She turns into a light blue cab-over truck of a similar model to the beta KouRyuu and AnRyu design, with a large silver water tank attached to the bed. The hoses can be deployed from it to spray water in truck mode.
History: Created by the GGG Cascadia Division for use in the Zonder conflict, but unfortunately completed too late to serve in the battle against EI-01, SunaRyu and MizuRyu remained on standby in Japan to serve as a reserve guard. When Britannia invaded Japan and turned it into Area 11, the two of them participated in initial resistance fighting but were eventually forced to go into hiding, disobeying orders from their Cascadian commander to protect the young alien child Akio Chiba. They have been living in secrecy for the past ten years, raising and protecting Akio as best they can, although they’ve been forced to remain in vehicle mode both to remain undetected and due to a lack of power.
Personality: Like many of the other “left side” Vehicle Machines, MizuRyu is the more collected of the pair. She has the personality of a lifeguard, obsessed with maintaining rules and order - and she’s somehow found a way to create a whistle sound to enforce that. She’s quite intelligent, but her creativity is often stunted by her desire to go by-the-book and maintain a sense of orderliness in operations - a fact that causes her no amount of grief when her brother is involved. In the years since Britannian takeover and the lack of any (legitimate) rules to follow, she’s become something of a tyrant in the three’s household, keeping Akio busy with housekeeping chores to try and maintain some kind of control over her life.

- Hydro Gun: A rifle that fires a high-pressure jet of water, strong enough to punch through thick steel at its highest setting. Becomes the left arm of any combined form.
- Chest Bubbler: A haze of bubbles and mist blown from MizuRyu’s chest, laced with G-Liquid. Bubbles will short-circuit electrical systems on contact, but can reenergize GS-Ride equipped machines with their conducted G-Liquid.
- Tanker Cannon: A hose system fed from a large water tank on MizuRyu’s back. Can be affixed to the Hydro Gun, Chest Bubbler, or Ballpoint Launcher to power them up, or used independently as fire suppressant.
- Ballpoint Launcher: Equipment shaped like a ballpoint pen that fires a stream of machine-inhibiting ink, designed to inhibit Zonder shapeshifting and metal absorption.

- System Change - MizuRyu transforms into a tanker truck with amphibious capabilities, including repulsor tires to act as a hydrofoil.
- Amphibious Propulsion: MizuRyu’s vehicle mode tires form propeller-thrusters in robot mode to allow her to operate underwater.
- Tanker Jet: This unique configuration for the Tanker allows it to function as a water jetpack for increased propulsion power and aerial maneuverability.
- Symmetrical Docking - When their SympaRates reach 100%, MizuRyu can dock with her brother, SunaRyu, to form the super robot ChiRyuJin, although she has yet to achieve it.
- 200% Symmetrical Docking - When she and any compatible “right side” Vehicle Machine’s SympaRates reach 200%, they can dock into a larger super robot.
- Tidal Wave Radical: MizuRyu releases a large amount of water from her rear tank infused with G-Liquid, allowing her to manipulate it and create high-power wave and jet attacks.
